Do Work
That Matters**You will provide meaningful solutions for a portfolio of diversified business clients with complex banking needs.


By understanding our client's specific needs and aims, using your relationships, insights, experience and expertise, and a great range of innovative products and services, you will help them realise new opportunities and grow our client base.


These opportunities suit experienced Relationship Executives or Analysts from business banking who want to join a successful and motivated team to further develop and enhance their experience within a complex, high-value portfolio and be part of a team on a growth journey.


You will join the team in an established portfolio; the expectation is, in addition to providing excellent service to these clients, these roles will focus on new client acquisition as well as identifying further opportunities for both new and existing clients.

In terms of segmentation, the individual positions will manage portfolios where the lending bands are; **$1.5M to $10M with turnovers of $3M to $20M and $5M to $20M with turnovers of $10M to $50M.

Do you have experience in business banking and a passion for supporting and driving the success of commercial banking clients? Specifically, in these roles, you will;

  • Build strong relationships with clients and retain their business through excellent client service
  • Use your network and referral partners to identify and pursue new tobank opportunities
  • Gain an indepth understanding of complex client needs and engage product specialists to deliver a broad range of financial solutions
  • Drive deal execution with proven skills in origination, structuring and negotiation of complex solutions
  • Continue to build your profile and presence on behalf of CommBank across the region

  • Ideally, you will have experience in successfully managing and building a Business Banking portfolio with lending from $3Mto $20M
  • A solid understanding of banking products and services, sound commercial acumen complemented by finely honed relationshipbuilding skills
  • Sound financial analysis and credit skills, with a strong understanding of financial documents and the underlying cashflow drivers
  • A real passion for customer service, driving new business and solutionsoriented
