The focus of your role:

We're looking for a Manager to join Capgemini Invent's Supply Chain team in Australia. Experience supply chain consulting and warehouse management systems implementations, specifically Manhattan WMOS.

This role will form part of the team responsible for driving the development of Invent's Intelligent Industry capability in Australia. Through this capability Capgemini Invent brings "What's Next" to its clients' future planning, strategy and roadmaps, helping our clients reenvisage their supply chains, their asset operations and enablement of intelligent, connected and dynamic operations.

As one of the three global capability areas that make up Capgemini Invent's global strategy, Intelligent Industry aims to reinvent the future of industry by bringing together the physical and digital worlds:
helping companies to invent intelligent products, operations, and services at scale. In Australia our supply chain capabilities are a critical area for growth within this team.


You will have practical supply chain experience, working in industry or consulting in the industry to help improve those businesses' day to day operations and overall supply chain efficiency. You will have the ability to make the connection between the business, systems and data lens, knowledge of the role that digital capabilities must play, and where the critical focus areas are. You will have the credibility that comes from the learnings drawn from undertaking those implementations in a physical supply chain context yourself, as well as understanding the system and integration complexities. You will be able to take a client on a journey to transform their supply chain because you have done it yourself or you have provided the advisory before.

The role can be based in Melbourne or Sydney.

What you'll do:
