Job Description

Role Requirements :

TechnicalExpertise : In-depthtechnical knowledge of the business and platform across telecommunicationsnetwork and IT landscape, its features, functionalities, and limitations, andthe ability to communicate technical information effectively to both technicaland non-technical stakeholders. Extensive Technical & Process Expertise forthe supporting business units i.e., SME in their domain. Thorough understandingof the customers IT landscape, SEO interlocks and agile delivery methodologyhighly desirable. Can work closely with the IT delivery team to provideTechnical IT solutions.

Systemand Transformation experience: Previous program management of Remedy and/or Remedy to SNOWtransformations highly desirable either in telecommunications industry or otherindustries

DecisionMaking and Leadership :Strong (peer) leadership skills, including the ability to influencecross-functional teams, build consensus, and influence stakeholders, to ensurethe successful delivery of the project. Have been granted the authority by theorganisation to make executive decision pertaining to the assigned product orservice i.e. can make authoritative decisions on the content, priority andacceptance criteria of the backlog. Demonstrated influencing skills in buildingengagement and commitment to a way forward within the stakeholder network.

AgileMethodologies :Agile certified (SAFe); Proficient in Agile methodologies, including Scrum andKanban, to manage the product backlog, prioritize features, and deliver valueiteratively and incrementally.

BusinessAcumen : Excellentbusiness acumen and understanding of the company's goals, objectives, andpriorities, and the ability to align the new platform with these priorities.

CustomerFocus : Strongcustomer focus, including the ability to understand industry, RSPs, SDPs andend customer needs, gather feedback, and incorporate it into the developmentprocess.

Communication : Excellent communication skills,including the ability to communicate complex technical information in a clearand concise manner, and the ability to communicate effectively with bothtechnical and non-technical stakeholders to executive level.

ProblemSolving : Strongproblem-solving skills, including the ability to identify problems, gatherinformation, and develop and implement solutions.

ContinuousImprovement : Acontinual improvement mindset who can deliver improved customer, people andbusiness outcomes.

· Validate the acceptanceprocess from requirements gathering, UAT / SIT testing, and solution andoperational readiness by ensuring the solution supports required businessscenarios,

· Ensure completion ofprocess documentation, treatment plans and change communications and escalatingany defects or risks to the Principal Product Owner

· Manage the sign-offprocess for the technology solutions, including the coordination of sign-offactivities and the communication of sign-off results to stakeholders

· Identify and escalateissues that arise during the UAT process to the appropriate stakeholders,including project managers and technical teams.

· Responsible forcommunicating testing progress and results to stakeholders, including technicalteams, project managers, and business stakeholders
