The Change Manager across QA Operations is responsible leading change across the QA Operations portfolio through leading people change programs and providing change management structure, advice and support across multiple change programs in the portfolio.

This role will partner with business leaders in conjunction with the relevant People business partner to ensure there is strong change focus and principles across key programs and projects across the portfolio.


Additionally, the role will analyse change management, mitigate the impacts of related change programs, contribute to the development of people change strategies and drive effective communications throughout change and transformation.


You will have:

  • Relevant professional experience with demonstrated capability in change management
  • Experience engaging different types of and levels of stakeholders, including frontline staff and senior corporate stakeholders
  • Experience in working with an operational and industrial workforce
  • Proven ability to embed organisational change
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills to effectively address resistant stakeholders and challenging situations
  • Flexibility and sensitivity when dealing with different viewpoints, styles and cultures
  • Strong time management and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple complex tasks concurrently and still deliver quality output
  • Ability to maintain a long term focus without losing sight of short term objectives
  • Ability to balance multiple large scale programs and priorities
  • Tertiary qualification in HR/Business related degree or equivalent experience
