Role Overview:
The school are seeking a passionate and dedicated Head of Year to join their dynamic team.

As the Head of Year, you will play a pivotal role in nurturing the wellbeing of all students and fostering a supportive and inclusive school community.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide guidance and support to students, addressing their academic and personal development needs.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and external stakeholders to create a nurturing and engaging learning environment.
  • Promote cultural diversity and inclusivity within the school community, celebrating our multicultural ethos.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Relevant teaching qualifications and Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT) registration.
  • Demonstrated experience in pastoral care and student support within a school setting.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
