Joining our team as an APAC Manager, Field Operative Development, you'll play a vital role in enhancing the skills of our field operatives. Your responsibilities will include technical training, collaboration with key stakeholders, and ensuring top-notch learning facilities are in place.

Your key roles:

  • Be the technical expert in product basics and advanced features for field operatives' skill development.
  • Participate in training programs, content development, and engagement with global learning groups.
  • Plan and prioritize learning initiatives, aligning them with APAC requirements.
  • Identify technical training needs based on development requirements, new launches, and other factors.
  • Manage the learning management system effectively for course planning and delivery.
  • Drive improvements in training tools and processes based on feedback.
  • Provide technical training for end users and various teams as needed.
  • Stay aware of ISO standards.

What should you bring?

Qualifications: Engineering degree
Experience: 4-6 years
Key competencies and skills required:

  • Experience in planning and delivering technical trainings.
  • Strong decision-making and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in learning management systems.
  • Excellent time management and communication abilities.
  • Familiarity with MS Office and learning ECO-SYSTEM in the Industrial Sector.

Location: Negotiable within APAC Region.
