The University is bringing together our Faculty of Health and Behavioural Science and our Faculty of Medicine into a single organisational structure in a strategic move to bolster our research, teaching, and partnerships while maintaining its global standing. This marks a strategic shift towards a more integrated and responsive organizational model, ensuring UQ remains at the forefront of academic excellence and societal impact.
An exciting opportunity now presents itself to join the University as our inaugural Executive Dean, Faculty of Health, Medicine, and Behavioural Sciences. This role offers the successful candidate a career-defining opportunity to lead this interdisciplinary powerhouse and to be a positive catalyst for collaboration and engagement. The successful candidate will shape the strategic landscape, ensuring that our academic endeavours align seamlessly with the University's overarching mission and goals. As a member of the University's senior executive team, you will spearhead initiatives that drive academic excellence, promote inclusivity, and elevate the student experience.
