About The Role:


The Key Account Executive is responsible for retaining, growing, and nurturing key client relationships including but not limited to experiential activations, pop up retail and media within the QIC Real Estate shopping centre portfolio.


Accountabilities will include:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plan to uncover new business opportunities, identify and develop new clients, collaborate with internal teams to deliver on client objectives and drive positive commercial outcomes for the business
  • Deliver and exceed media and experiential budgets
  • Reporting on account progress, goals, and initiatives, with latest market intel, to share with stakeholders
  • Managing communications between key clients and internal teams
  • Develop and maintain influential relationships with key client and agency stakeholders to ensure strong market share
  • Collaborating with sales teams to maximise crossselling opportunities

About You:


You are outcome driven with a real passion to get out and meet with people to support ongoing client relationships.

Relationship building is your strength, and you pride yourself on your organisational and time management ability.

You will also ideally present with:

  • Prior experience in agency sales and account management at a corporate level
  • Ability to develop strong partnerships with Key Clients and uncover incremental growth opportunities
  • Demonstrated corporate sales experience and success.
  • Demonstrated ability in written and verbal communications, presentation and representation skills in a businesstobusiness focused area
  • Skilled at decision making and influencing
  • Some exposure to/experience in media
