A day in the life

Ownership of Retail & Wholesale Customer Claims Process: Take charge and lead the way in managing customer claims, ensuring a smooth and efficient resolution process. Collaborate with accounts receivable, admin, Key Account Managers/National Account Managers, and customers to proactively address and resolve any issues.

Proactive Issue Resolution: Be the go-to person for our valued customers. Engage with them to raise, discuss, and promptly resolve any concerns, making sure their experience with our products and services is exceptional. You'll be the problem-solver extraordinaire

Customer Support: Act as a primary point of contact for all Retail banner customer activity confirmations and supporting documents. Keep the lines of communication open, providing guidance and support to our customers as they navigate our exciting range of products.
