Roster:4D/3R - FIFO ex Perth
The Superintendent Fortescue People is critical and pivotal for the People Team in support, guidance, mentoring, leadership and advice for general Human Resources, Industrial Relations and People & Cultural matters.
Working alongside the Manager Fortescue People and supporting the relevant leadership teams, you will be involved in all facets of the Chichester Hub remit and will employ your extensive investigation, people management, advisory service and general empathetic nature of human resources into practice.
Key responsibilities include:
- Provide support, guidance and advice in relation to performance issues and disciplinary actions for both our Fortescue and Contractor workforces
- Conduct investigations and case management across the Project environment
- Deliver Leadership programs and assist with workforce planning
- HR Reporting & trend analysis
- Providing HR generalist advice, guidance, coaching and mentoring
- Development, updates and the roll out of Company Policy/procedures and supporting the ongoing implementation of a culturally safe workplace
Qualification and Experience:
- Experience held in a similar role within the resources industry
- Advanced communication and influencing skills
- Solid working knowledge & experience of ER/IR
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask
- Relevant Human Resources tertiary qualifications
