About the Role
We are looking for a Finance Business Partner for a 12-month fixed contract as a Maternity Leave cover.

P roactively supporting the business unit with timely (weekly and monthly) financial reports and advice to help to manage the day-to-day business requirements and execute tactical and strategic decisions.

The role has full oversight of P&L and Balance Sheet for the business unit, ensuring control, accuracy, predictability, and timely delivery of results.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support business leaders to develop robust business plans, forecasts, and budgets.
  • Ensure compliance with internal financial and accounting policies and procedures.
  • Manage monthend close, including management of statutory reporting, local tax requirements, and cash flow.
  • Provide insights into the weekly and monthly financial results.
  • Monitor balance sheet and ensure appropriate reporting exists around major operating and capital expenditure projects.
  • Develop strong, trusting relationships with senior management to provide decision support across all areas of the business.

About You
You are a motivated individual with a hands-on approach, seeing challenges as an opportunity for personal development. You have experience in budgeting, forecasting, and business planning. You can manage month-end close and providing insights into financial results. You are a team player, ready to work with various stakeholders and manage complex, high-profile projects.

  • Registered CA/CPA or an equivalent professional qualification
  • Bachelor of Commerce with Finance/Accounting focus
  • Strong Analytical Skills
  • Strong Balance Sheet Reconciliation Experience and P&L Analysis
  • Ability to work autonomously and within a Team.
