The position's responsibilities include assisting or completing:

  • Accounts payable and receivable;
  • Assisting with Fortnightly payroll
  • High quality administrative support;
  • Database management;
  • Receiving and distributing mail and product orders;
  • Invoice administration;
  • Ability to always maintain professionalism and confidentiality.

Desired skills and experience:

  • Proficiency in accounting software with a high degree of accuracy
  • Exceptional administration skills, with a high degree of accuracy;
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills;
  • Proficiency in MS Office

Job Types:

From $25.00 per hour
