About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Finance Administrator to join us in our Brisbane office (Southbank). This is a permanent full-time position and is responsible for structure, maintenance and reporting of designated projects.

Key Responsibilities will include:

  • Understanding of the project contract
  • Monitor and validate project costing including overheads
  • Generate claims as per client specification and contract
  • Provide support for billing queries
  • Liaising with customers for outstanding debt
  • Month End Reporting

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Proven experience in similar industries (construction, engineering, maintenance, contracting)
  • Experience with SAP is desirable
  • Experienced in Excel
  • Demonstrated work experience in Project Costing
  • Strong communication skills
  • High levels of attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritise and complete work within established timelines
