Finance Administration Officer


Golding is currently seeking an Administration Officer for in a fulltime permanent role to work in our Finance team located at Milton.


Golding is a successful mining, urban and civil infrastructure project management services business with projects and operations across Queensland, New South Wales and South Australia.

Golding is currently seeking an
Administration Officer for in a fulltime permanent role to work in our Finance team located at Milton.

You will be enthusiastic, motivated to succeed and have a high attention to detail. Experience in dealing with confidential and sensitive business matters will be an advantage. A proactive and organised work style along with strong interpersonal and communication skills will be essential for role success.

Key role tasks include:

  • Raise purchase requisitions as required and in accordance with P2P System Set
  • Receipt goods and services in accordance with P2P System Set
  • Monitor and maintain labour hours through entry of timesheet confirmations
  • Undertake financial month end tasks including but not limited to accruals and cost transfers
  • Review, action and maintain purchasing reports including GRNI and Open Purchase Orders
  • Provide administrative support and training as required
  • Participate, as a team member, in system improvement projects;

Key capability requirements include:

  • SAP experience is desirable
  • Experience using Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent phone manner and general communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to providing exceptional customer service
  • Demonstrated ability to selfmanage priorities in a changing and fast paced work environment
  • Strong work ethic and commitment to deliver outcomes efficiently.
