About the Role:

Our Deerimut Branch is looking for a Customer Support Representative to join the team

This job will involve;

  • Selling machine maintenance and repair services, repair parts, extended warranties and any other
management approved products

  • Maintaining a high level of technical knowledge of products and services and provide technical
assistance and advice where applicable

  • Be aware of competitor activity and competitive products, as well as business and industry
trends

  • Maintain current and complete sales management information for all customers in the assigned
territory

  • Market parts and service sales, such as machine inspections, overhauls, standard job quotes,
and special parts promotions.

  • Maintain strong relationships with the Sales, Parts and Service teams
  • Coordinate the booking of services and the delivery of parts for customer group and assigned
territory

  • Provide technology updates and Precision Construction solutions.

You will bring the following skills and experience to the role:

  • Relevant Trade Certificate
  • Heavy Diesel Fitter/ Mobile Plant Mechanic/ Diesel Mechanic or
Equivalent would be advantageous

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in an industryrelated role with involvement in activities such
as sales, service, training or other related work

  • Strong computer skills
  • Strong communication and relationship building skills and the ability to relate to people from
various backgrounds

  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to understand the key drivers of the customers
business

  • Strong problemsolving ability
