Contract Analyst for our
Finance and Reporting team. This is a permanent, fulltime opportunity based in our Bentley office.
Position Overview
The Contract Analyst is responsible for providing administrative, financial, and analytical support to Therapy Focus by ensuring the accurate and timely delivery of contracts across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with both the finance and operational teams to establish and maintain an accurate contract register.
- Analyse contractual agreements, identifying and summarising all key terms for both operations and the executives.
- Provide monthly reporting to the executive on the status of all contracts, including a proactive snapshot of upcoming milestones and/or deadlines.
- Prepare monthly financials associated with contacts, including revenue/expense recognition and accruals.
- Reconcile all unearned income balance sheet accounts, ensuring consistency with the contract register and external reporting artifacts.
- Design and deliver contract profitability models/templates, to assist in strategic business decision making.
- Actively participate in the business readiness activities associated with new contracts, ensuring full business awareness.

What's required?
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
- Professionally qualified in a recognised Australian financial qualification.
- 3 years minimum experience in a corporate organisation, with exposure to contract administration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft products, including Excel and Word.
- High level of commercial acumen.
- Strong data analysis and analytical skills.
- Strong attention to detail, including the ability to interpret technical and legal documents.
- Values driven and excellent communication skills.
Desirable:
- Experience in the notforprofit and/or disability sector.
- Experience in administering government and/or philanthropic grants.
