Your Impact


Reporting to the State Sales Manager, you will be part of our sales leadership team and take the reins for leading and developing our
On the Go field team in Victoria.


You will be responsible for managing and coaching a team of 7 Territory Managers to achieve State sales targets whilst working collaboratively with State Account Managers, State New Business Managers, National Sales Managers and National Account Team.


Other
key responsibilities include:


  • Effectively and consistently manage and coach field team to develop sales capability, win new business & deliver KPIs
  • Ensure NPD is effectively executed in field
  • Ensure understanding of financial drivers and ownership of over and above deals that may impact the channel result
  • Coaching field team on developing relationships internally to enable them to resolve issues effectively and efficiently
  • Championing the ALB Values and consistently represents ALB professionally
