About Our Client:
Our client is a leading insurance firm, that is backed by one of the most recognisable and high performing Australian businesses.
They specialise in a wide variety of insurance and insurance claims but had a vested interest in the travel, automotive and retail space.
This opportunity is due to growth within the team and will be a temporary, full-time role for a minimum duration of six-months.
Location, Melbourne CBD.Reporting to the Client Services Manager, your main role and responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Assisting members with their insurance claims, disputes, and payouts.
- Communications internally with account managers for claim updates.
- Maintaining and building customer relationships through promptly actioning requests.
- General administrative duties and adhoc tasks as required.
