W Brisbane, situated at 81 N Quay, Brisbane City QLD 4000, is seeking a Beverage & Food Duty Manager. As a B&F Duty Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations to ensure seamless service, uphold quality standards, and guarantee guest satisfaction in a luxurious 5-star setting. Your duties will include:

  • Supervising, training, and organizing staff to maintain efficient operations and provide exceptional service.
  • Monitoring food and beverage preparation and presentation to preserve high-quality standards.
  • Handling customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.
  • Managing orders, stock levels, and inventory to avoid shortages and reduce waste.
  • Enforcing health, safety, and hygiene regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
