As an Estimating Cost Analyst you will make a meaningful impact in decision-making and strategy development and will be at the forefront of driving cost management, governance, and strategic execution across our Victorian Estimating Function.


You can expect the role to involve:

  • Use your research skills and cost modelling abilities to drive strategy development and implementation
  • Assess business needs and contribute to the development of costs, retail prices, and strategic execution
  • Work on sustainable solutions for Cost Management, Building & Sales Estimating, Building Methodology, and Supplier Costing
  • Be a key driver of system simplification, automation, margin growth & protection, and supplier partnership development
