This is a fantastic opportunity to join a boutique agency focusing on recruiting Banking Operations & Finance professionals within Banking & Funds Management. Day to Day Responsibilities:
- Handling recruitment for a group of prominent Banking & Financial Services clients
- Expanding business with current clients through events & networking initiatives
- Building strong client relationships by understanding the organization, its ethos, and staffing needs in depth
- Posting current job openings on various platforms
- Conducting interviews and candidate screenings
- 360-degree involvement in managing the entire recruitment process from scheduling interviews, providing feedback, negotiating offers to post-placement follow-up

Key Skills and Requirements:
- 1 - 2 years of experience in Sales/Recruitment or transitioning from a Financial Services background
- Degree holder (specifically in Commerce/Accounting is preferred)
- Exceptional presentation & communication skills (fluent in English)
- An entrepreneurial and ambitious individual with strong sales acumen
- Demonstrated resilience and ability to recover from setbacks
- Enjoyment in interacting with individuals from diverse backgrounds
- Proven track record of goal setting, achieving targets, and success
- Professional demeanor with a deep interest in the corporate world and financial markets
