  • Provide a personalised shopping experience to clients with a focus on building long term relationships, ensuring they find the perfect piece to add to their collection or celebrate life's special moments.
  • Support a team of 2530 Sales Associates through team building, 1:1 development, constructive feedback, and open communication.
  • Work collaboratively with the Store Manager to support general store operations inclusive of inventory, merchandising, CRM, and staff flow.
