Key Responsibilities:

Your role will encompass a variety of duties, including but not limited to:

  • Setting management expectations through exemplary leadership.
  • Training, mentoring, and coaching team members to achieve their goals and prepare for future opportunities.
  • Identifying and resolving challenges effectively.
  • Assisting in managing schedules and approving payroll.
  • Overseeing team operations in both the shop floor and back of house to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Taking a proactive stance on loss prevention and stock management.
  • Collaborating with the Visual Merchandising Team to implement creative displays throughout the store.
