General/Business Unit Manager (CEO & General Management) We provide comprehensive services for technology assets throughout their lifecycle from deployment to decommissioning to disposition; all the way through to recycling and repurposing at end-of-life.

SK tes ANZ compromises 3 sites and approximately 200 team members across the portfolios of Recycling, IT Asset Disposition & Managed Deployment Services.
Reporting directly to the Regional President, the role is an integral contributor to the global strategy of the SK tes group, leading the SK tes ANZ entity.
The General Manager is responsible for the overall P&L performance of our sites and services on offer, you will deliver real impact through driving continuous improvement in Safety, People, Leadership, Quality, Efficiency and Service.
To be successful, the candidate should be hands-on, decisive and have a passion for sustainability.You should possess commercial acumen, a strong focus on the client and the ability to drive innovation and change
Key Accountabilities Include:
Drive actions that deliver on Group vision, mission, goals, policies and objectives in ANZExceptional leadership, engagement and influencing skills to inspire people at all levels to deliver their best A true passion for growth and improvement, leading change to create a sustainable future Flexibility, adaptability, and agility to traverse between strategic priorities and business as usual activities Ability to navigate complexity and to provide clear direction around key priorities that drive success Personal presence, character and credibility that builds stakeholder engagement A commitment to adding value to client relationships and deliver service excellence Self-driven, resilient, highly accountable but equally be open-minded and willing to learn Identifying and address any operational inefficiencies with the wider team and senior leadership Drive qualitative and quantitative measures instituting targets and scorecards that track team progress and accountability to initiatives and tasks Invest in, manage and/or improve processes and systems that enable gains in productivity, improve decision making and achieve quality and service outcomes Influence or enhance the performance work culture developing and inspiring and motivating the ANZ team Assess, manage and mitigate business risks and promote operational excellence Skills & Experience: This is a leadership role taking charge of a market leader in the industry.
