We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Practice Coordinator to join our team at Melton Physiotherapy & Sports Medicine Clinic.

This role is essential for the smooth operation of our clinic, ensuring a high standard of patient care and efficient administrative processes.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage daily administrative operations.
  • Coordinate patient appointments and manage scheduling.
  • Supervise and support administrative staff.
  • Ensure accurate and efficient patient records management.
  • Handle patient inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Assist in the implementation of clinic policies and procedures.
  • Manage billing, invoicing, and other financial transactions.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to enhance patient care and clinic efficiency.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Previous experience in a clinic or similar environment is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time

Pay:
From $60,000.00 per year
