About the opportunity
Learning and Development are seeking a Training Support Officer to join their team based in Angle Park Training Centre. The Training Support Officer is responsible for the auditing, analysis, reporting and data records management of all accredited and non accredited training that is delivered by the SA Power Networks Enterprise Registered Training Organisation (eRTO), in accordance with the Vocational Education & Training (VET) Regulator, ESI industry and SA Power Networks standards.
You will work closely with the Training Support Team Leader and Learning & Technology Consultant to monitor and update Quality management system processes for the Enterprise RTO, test and verify multiple Learning Management system software applications, and provide industry data to the VET Regulator and State Government skills funding authorities. Other responsibilities include:
- Create, monitor and update Enterprise RTO materials within the SA Power Networks quality management system
- Create and maintain catalogue data for all SA Power Networks training programs
- Conduct and report on customer satisfaction surveys
- Conduct LMS software testing and report on outcomes
- Provide learning records management support to internal and external customers
- Issue nationally accredited training documentation in accordance with the Standards for Registered Training Organisations
- Provide and Action LMS configuration recommendations to suit training delivery and assessment (eg, prescriptive rules)
About you
- Cert IV in Training and Assessment and or relevant skills and knowledge gained from experience
- Advanced Verbal and Written communication skills
- Highly developed time management skills
- Advanced Microsoft excel skills
- Competent technological troubleshooting skills
- Working knowledge of training delivery & assessment practices
- Experience in a compliance support related role
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
