The Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our client's team, responsible for delivering profitable completion of mid to large-scale BMS projects. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement project plans, ensuring effective time, cost, and quality management.
  • Manage project scope, changes, and variations, ensuring alignment with customer expectations.
  • Lead and motivate project teams, ensuring clear communication and collaboration.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, developing effective risk response plans.
  • Manage procurement, financial, and claim processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and external contractors.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Proven experience in BMS project management, preferably in Australia or similar markets.
  • Strong project management skills, including time, cost, and quality management.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and lead project teams.
  • Ability to identify and mitigate project risks, developing effective risk response plans.
  • Knowledge of procurement, financial, and claim processes, with the ability to manage these effectively.
  • Strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and external contractors.
