What this opportunity involves:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Services Coordinator to join our team in Melbourne. Whilst this is a hybrid role, you are required to be based in Melbourne with ability to attend the office in Melbourne CBD or project sites for business and client meetings.

You will be a part of the Project team to collate and coordinate all project and program requested information during the planning phase of the Capital Works Program. You will work with the Operational teams to identify and consider any site-specific operations risks or issues prior to project commence.

Please note: This position is a fixed-term contract until 31st December 2025, with the potential for extension or conversion based on performance and business needs.

What this role involves:

Collaborate closely with the Project Services Manager to ensure successful program delivery. Identify and understand the needs, requirements, and constraints of the Operational FM and the Client Act as a representative for the Client's best interests throughout the entire program lifecycle. Foster and maintain positive Client relationship Work collaboratively with project teams to optimize performance and outcomes. Establish and adhere to the overall program, in coordination with project managers. Ensure accuracy and prompt sharing of JLL site data by collaborating with the Operational team. Perform quality checks on data and liaise with project teams to address site-specific operational risks or issues. Collaborate with the Change and Communications Lead to ensure timely sharing of updates. Work with the Site Readiness Lead to ensure smooth Go-Live and provide support to the Operational team. Deliver excellent standard communications, service, and client engagement as part of the Portfolio Integrations team. Manage and report on the program's pipeline and client's communications. Attend relevant project coordination meetings (PCGs) as required.

Proficiency in managing project data and generating relevant reports. Ability to handle internal and external reporting requirements effectively. Familiarity with the legal environment, including planning, commercial aspects, and delivery constraints related to each project in the program. Understanding of compliance obligations, such as AS 4801, AS 14001, and Environmental Health and Safety legislation. Capability to assess the basic needs and constraints for each project Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively and build positive relationships with stakeholders.
