Talent Focus Recruitment are hiring for a Senior Parts Interpreter.

The position will see you focus on the coordination and supply of quality products to our customer base whilst also liaising with our service team for in house quoting and service work.
This role will also have you sourcing parts from international suppliers and managing parts warranties, support and stock coordination / management.

  • Providing excellent customer service to our existing and new customers
  • Handling all parts sales and enquiries
  • Processing of all orders efficiently and accurately with a right first-time mentality
  • Preparing detailed and accurate quotations for parts supply
  • Promoting and upselling of all products
  • Ability to navigate any issues in supply and demand whilst identifying continuous improvement and upselling opportunities.


What do you need?

  • Demonstrated knowledge and previous experience in a parts environment
  • Strong customer service experience
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Problem solving skills
  • An interest in wide variety of off highway construction equipment , components, products, equipment and services
  • A developed mechanical understanding of any mechanical equipment would be highly regarded
  • Computer literacy skills
  • Forklift License would also be beneficial but not essential



Must have full unrestricted working rights and a valid Australian drivers licence.
