No industry specific experience required, just a willingness to learn and focus on the customers needs and communicate

Daily tasks/ Required skills and Attributes

  • Ensure that Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and acting in a safe manner at all times
  • Provide excellent customer service and represent ACM Parts in a professional manner at all times
  • Complete a pre and post operation vehicle inspection and communicate any needed repairs immediately
  • Practice safe and secure loading, transporting, and unloading methods to avoid damaging products
  • Represent ACM in a positive and professional manner through adherence to all relevant road rules and regulations and whilst driving on public roads.
  • Safely and efficiently perform deliveries to our customers
  • Accurately complete and collect all customer returns ensuring any customer feedback is communicated back to management.
  • Adhere to assigned routes and schedules as agreed
  • Accurately complete and collect all required documentation/signatures, including the updating of a mobile handheld device
  • Work safely at all times and notify the company of any safety related issues/injuries immediately
  • Communicate customer complaints, requests, and feedback to management.
  • May be required to assist with warehouse duties when needed

These are full-time, permanent positions, working Monday to Friday - 38 hours per week.
