We operate 22 residential aged care villages, 20 retirement villages, and a range of home and community services across NSW and the ACT

About the role


We are currently seeking a skilled People and Culture - Administrator to join our dynamic team and play a vital role in managing and supporting various people-focused programs.

As the People and Culture - Administrator, you will be instrumental in driving initiatives that promote employee well-being, development, and organisational culture.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage a range of People & Culture programs to enhance employee experience, engagement, and development.
  • Collaborate with People and Culture specialists and managers to support the implementation of People and Culture processes.
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate documentation related to people and culture programs and processes.
  • Foster strong relationships with employees and managers to understand their needs and address concerns effectively.
  • Help organise and coordinate employee engagement activities and events to foster a positive work environment.
  • Support the delivery of new People & Culture programs and intiatives.

To succeed in this role:

  • At least 1 years of experience in People and Culture coordination or related roles with a focus on people and culture initiatives.
  • Excellent attention to detail and exceptional customer service skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate with all levels of management.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
