Who are we looking for?:


With this experience, you will be equipped to perform administrative and coordination support for several Safety, Quality and Risk (SQR) committees and subsequent committees that span across ourAged Care, Disability, Housing, Corporate and other portfolios.

You will be responsible for coordinating meetings, set and distribute agendas, and proactively communicate with committee members to ensure delivery of desired outcomes.


What can you expect to be doing?:

  • Take clear and comprehensive minutes from each meeting
  • Ensure that minutes from each committee meeting is prepared and distributed within required timeframes.
  • Coordinating, attending and providing agendas, minutes and objectives for quarterly and monthly committee meetings.
  • Support, coordinate and manage committee members to complete assigned actions within agreed timeframes.
  • Coordinate and schedule committee meetings, send reminders, and communicate with members to confirm attendance/proxy assignment.
  • Provide clear and effective communication and administrative support to Business Partners and committee Chairs.

What do you need to bring?:

  • Proven experience and understanding in SharePoint and Power Bi is highly regarded.
  • Previous experience in an administrative or similar role.
  • Proven experience and understanding of taking quality meeting minutes.
  • Experience in developing strong collaborative relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • Excellent typing skills with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of Safety, Quality and Risk Management is desirable but not essential.
  • Certification in administration such as Office or Business Administration is desired but not essential.
