Duties And Responsibilities:

  • Generate and followup quotations and other types of correspondence.
  • Manage contract site relationships and contract renewals.
  • Assist outside sales staff with quotations and other administrative tasks.
  • Produce tender documentation (not essential)
  • Prospect for new business.
  • Network sales opportunities with outside sales personnel.
  • Communicating with warehouse and updating client.
  • Manage the company CRM system.
  • Maintain product price lists.
  • Attend training courses as required.
  • Other related duties as the position develops.
  • Formal customer service or sales training / studies.
  • Basic understanding of HVAC system or related technical industry experience.
  • 35 years' experience in customer service and internal sales role.
  • Experience in Sales administration, suppling technical and product information and solution sales.
  • Experience Dealing with difficult customers.
