Position Overview:

As a Quality and Compliance Officer, you will play a pivotal role in upholding Mini Masterminds' reputation for excellence

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring adherence to all licensing, regulatory, and accreditation requirements.
  • Conducting regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement.
  • Developing and implementing policies and procedures to guarantee the safety and wellbeing of children.
  • Collaborating with educators and staff to provide training on best practices.
  • Investigating and resolving any compliancerelated issues promptly and effectively.
  • Keeping uptodate with industry trends and regulatory changes.

Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • A degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in quality assurance, compliance, or regulatory affairs.
  • Strong knowledge of childcare regulations and licensing requirements.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
