About you
The ideal applicant will demonstrate capability in the following requirements:

  • Highly developed written communication skills and strong experience in preparing complex and sensitive written material such as investigation reports and external correspondence in relation to investigations.
  • Organisational and communication skills with the ability to set priorities, coordinate activities, negotiate, meet deadlines and exercise sound judgment.
  • Skills and experience to analyse, review and interpret complex and often large volumes of information to assist in the preparation of written communications such as investigation reports.
  • Ability to tailor written communication style for the purpose and audience (including ensuring good governance and sound evidenced based decisions).
  • Possess the leadership and integrity expected of a professional officer necessary to manage sensitive and complex issues.
  • Proven ability to build capability in others.
