What you'll be doing

As a Warehouse Coordinator at Prysmian Group, you will work within the Supply Chain and Logistics team, reporting to the Warehouse Process Owner. You will leverage your experience in warehousing administration and coordination to ensure smooth warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Entry
  • Printing/Preparing Orders using WHM systems
  • Tracking orders until warehouse dispatch
  • Coordinating with warehouse staff for dispatch arrangements
  • Managing imported goods and organizing outbound deliveries
  • Maintaining stock level spreadsheets
  • Invoicing
  • Delivering Customer Service
  • Supporting and guiding other administrative staff
  • Demonstrating initiative, strong organizational & time management skills with great attention to detail

Applicants should have the following skills or demonstrated experience:

  • Previous administration experience is essential
  • Good computer literacy, including Microsoft Office applications
  • Confident phone etiquette and excellent communication skills
  • Strong customer service skills and the ability to build and maintain successful relationships
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Keen attention to detail and a quick learner
  • Independence and initiative in work
  • Performance-oriented with the ability to meet tasks while upholding compliance standards
  • Well-developed organizational and time management skills
  • Experience with SAP is advantageous
