Dispatch Administrator

A long-standing Australian company with a solid reputation and track record of growth is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Dispatch Administrator to join their team. Partner with Warehouse operations to coordinate deliveries to both B2B and B2C customers for a variety of outdoor lifestyle products.

**Responsibilities**
- Input customer orders and dispatch them with precision using exceptional data entry skills.
- Arrange bookings for inbound and outbound transportation.
- Reconcile pallet transfers and follow up on pallet inquiries.
- Perform daily invoicing and data entry, and EDI reporting.
- Perform general admin and customer service duties.
- A team player and able to work independently
- Intermediate computer skills
- Strong attention to details
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks while operating in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
