We are looking for an experienced Change Manager to join our client, a Sydney based council to play a key role in transforming business processes.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive change management plans for the successful implementation of new business processes across the Division.
  • Identify and assess the impact of changes on various stakeholders, including staff, managers, and external partners.
  • Design and deliver engaging communication and training programs to ensure smooth adoption of new processes.
  • Facilitate workshops and sessions to manage resistance and address concerns.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Program Manager to develop and monitor key performance indicators to measure the success of change initiatives.
  • Work closely with other project team members to ensure alignment and seamless integration of change initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a Change Management role.
  • Previous experience working for local government is essential.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and implementing change initiatives in a complex environment.
  • Strong understanding of change management methodologies and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to build relationships and trust with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
