About the role

The Global Talent Specialist plays an integral part of Calvary's Talent strategy by coordinating activities associated with visa management and compliance for both new and current employees. Key components of this role include preparing sponsorship nomination applications, liaising with Calvary's migration agent, and supporting candidates and internal stakeholders to ensure that we provide a smooth relocation experience. You will also support our strategy to attract and source talent in international markets by identifying opportunities for Calvary.

To succeed you will provide an all-inclusive service on the global mobility process to meet workforce requirements whilst promoting a positive candidate experience. Above all, people will be at the core of everything you do.

This role is permanent, full time with hybrid working available. This role can be based in Sydney, Melbourne or Adelaide.

About you

  • Understanding and knowledge of sponsorship and immigration requirements
  • Previous experience in recruitment, human resources or administration in a complex environment
  • Highly-developed relationship management skills, including the ability to interact with, and gain cooperation from, internal and external stakeholders at various levels
  • Team player with the ability to develop and maintain effective high level working relationships across a diverse range of key internal and external stakeholders;
  • Sound organisational, communicative and administrative skills, including strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities;
