What role will you play?


In this role, you will assist with the evolution of our talent practices from a business, employee experience, HR process, technology and data perspective.

As part of a small team you will work closely with talent leads, our Technology and Workforce Insights teams and other stakeholders to assist with the design and build of technology and data insights solutions.


You will also be assisting with reporting for the yearly promotions process servicing our groups as well as our senior executives.


What you offer

  • HR or talent experience with relevant tertiary qualifications is advantageous
  • Excellent attention to detail, organisation and data skills and outstanding client service orientation
  • Advanced Excel / PowerPoint skills
  • Ability to build strong relationship
