We have an exciting opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join one of our high-profile Financial Services clients supporting a high-volume stakeholder group. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will partner strategically and operationally with business leaders and hiring managers to ensure best in class talent is hired their permanent and fixed term vacancies, ensure adequate sourcing strategies are being deployed and that the end-to-end process is efficient, compliant and provides a great candidate experience.

You will also work collaboratively with colleagues including Sourcing Specialists, Coordinators and specialist partners across Indigenous, Internal Mobility and Centre of Excellence.

About You

To be set up for success in this role, the preferred candidate will be able to demonstrate:

  • Proven success or transferrable skills as it pertains to running high volume end to end recruitment processes within the Banking and/or Financial Services industry
  • Proven capability to develop deep stakeholder relationships in a fast-paced environment
  • A passion for candidate care and collaboration with your peers
  • Ability to learn new systems and processes
  • Strong level of accountability for partnering with stakeholders and peers
