Intrax Consulting Engineers is looking for a positive and self-motivated individual to join our team as full-time

UAV Surveyor.

About the role:

As a

UAV Surveyor, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Process UAV imagery and survey data in photogrammetry and GIS software
  • Work remotely and independently.
  • Travel within VIC (Vehicle provided)
  • Maintain and conduct regular checks of the UAV platform.
  • Conduct UAV operations in a safe manner.
  • Conduct Surveys using traditional survey equipment and GPS when required.

Criteria

Essential:

  • Manual Driver's license
  • Demonstrated experience working independently in the field.

Desirable:

  • UAV/Drone license (RePL)
  • Either demonstrated prior experience in UAV Surveying/Mapping or Surveying
  • Demonstrated experience processing drone imagery in photogrammetry software (Agisoft Metashape, Pix4D)
  • Demonstrated experience with GIS platforms (ArcGIS, QGIS etc.
