Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Marketing Support:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of sales and marketing strategies for franchise partners.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials, campaigns, and other sales support resources.
  • Provide guidance on effective sales techniques and customer engagement strategies.

Monitoring and Reporting:

  • Work closely with franchise partners to monitor their sales activities and results.
  • Generate regular reports on sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and growth.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.

Coaching and Training:

  • Offer coaching and training support to franchise partners on sales and marketing best practices.
  • Facilitate training sessions and workshops to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
  • Act as a resource for questions and concerns related to sales and marketing strategies.

Relationship Building:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with franchise partners and consultants.
  • Regularly communicate with individuals to understand their challenges and provide timely support.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure a cohesive and supportive network.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or a related field.
  • Passion for sales and marketing with a desire to build a career in these areas.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and leverage data for decisionmaking.
  • Proactive and selfmotivated attitude with a willingness to learn.
  • Basic understanding of sales and marketing principles is a plus.
