Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Manufacturing Knowledge Engineer to enhance our refining global portfolio Communities of Practice (CoPs) and capture expertise from top assets for our Global Manufacturing Excellence (GME) initiative.

Your primary responsibility is to be a key member of our Knowledge Management team, strengthening our manufacturing capabilities within the downstream refining portfolio.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead selected Communities of Practice (CoPs) and expert forums for knowledge sharing.
  • Conduct site visits and workshops to gather expert knowledge.
  • Develop processes and tools for documenting and sharing best practices.
  • Contribute to designing Knowledge Hub platforms for better knowledge sharing.
  • Offer technical advisory to plant managers for performance enhancement.
  • Assist in training programs and ensure expertise adoption.
  • Track metrics demonstrating knowledge sharing impact on KPIs.

Requirements

  • Willingness to relocate to Dhahran, Saudi Arabia.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Chemical/Process Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years experience in manufacturing operations.
  • Expertise in 2+ key manufacturing domains like operations, maintenance, or HSE.
  • Experience in leading multi-site improvement projects preferred.
  • Proficiency in knowledge engineering methodologies and digital tools.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and change management skills.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences.
