  • Demonstrated experience leading a marketing and communications team.
  • Experience in campaign, event, and/or fundraising communication management and delivery.
  • Excellent project management capability and organisational skills.
  • Strong strategic, conceptual, analytical, problemsolving, and creative skills.
  • Indepth understanding and practical knowledge of social media channels, management, trends, and innovations.
  • Highly developed written and oral communication skills.
  • Stakeholder and agency management experience.
  • Experience across digital platforms (social media platforms, Canva, websites, CMS, CRMs, apps).
  • Continuous improvement/innovation mindset and experience in communications system and process improvement.
  • Strong experience in brand management.

Desirable:

  • A Bachelor of Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience delivering largescale marketing campaigns using digital and traditional channels.
  • Experience with fundraising.
  • Previous experience in notforprofit fundraising will be highly regarded.
