Key responsibilities will include:

  • Liaise directly with clients ensuring a high degree of customer service.
  • Manage database and CRM requirements
  • Work with lending specialists to deliver exceptional lending advice

Skills and Experience:

  • 2 years' experience in a similar role and the ability to provide loan processing support.
  • Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking (desired)
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly
  • Exceptional organisational skills and ability to prioritise work
  • Excellent presentation skills and a hardworking attitude
  • The ability to work within a high volume and fast paced environment.
