- Our client is a leading figure in the mortgage broking and property industries, providing cutting-edge cloud-based software solutions designed to streamline processes in these sectors. Their solutions are finely tuned to meet the distinct requirements of mortgage brokers and property professionals, assisting in managing client relationships and facilitating property transactions.
- They are currently seeking an experienced loan processor to join the team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the entire lifecycle of loans, playing a pivotal role within the business in both residential and commercial lending sectors.

**Key responsibilities will include**:

- Liaise directly with clients ensuring a high degree of customer service.
- Manage database and CRM requirements
- Work with lending specialists to deliver exceptional lending advice

**Skills and Experience**:

- 2+ years’ experience in a similar role and the ability to provide loan processing support.
- Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking (required)
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly
- Exceptional organisational skills and ability to prioritise work
- Excellent presentation skills and a hard-working attitude
- The ability to work within a high volume and fast paced environment.
