About the Role:

As the International Support Officer you will have responsibility for the following:

  • Provide accurate data entry, data collection and analysis, word processing and administrative services.
  • Administer the flow of internal and outgoing correspondence.
  • Access and operate administrative and technical databases, process information and prepare associated reports.
  • Provide routine information and advice on administrative, human resource and financial issues to management and staff.
  • Issue accurate and timely invoices for the various programs offered.
  • Maintain the financial records management systems for the unit
  • Perform a variety of administrative or support services as directed.
  • Undertake work activities in a cooperative and supportive manner and as an active member of a diverse work team.
  • Support preparations for events or activities, such as agendas, catering, minutes, briefing books and reception duties.
