Your New Role
Our Client seeks an Internal Sales Officer based at their Head Office in Yatala. The main objective of this role is to service the customer base of electrical contractors and wholesalers.
Your responsibilities will be, but not limited to:
- Assist with answering incoming telephone calls
- Attend to customer service telephone enquiries and quotations, and following up to determine results
- Review and process customer orders in a prompt and courteous manner, requesting technical or commercial assistance where necessary
- Achieve and maintain a customer service level of 95% on time delivery with contract customers
About You
You will be, an energetic and positive individual who is looking to take on a role with continual training opportunities. To be successful in this role you will have:
- Intermediate MS Office Skills in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Office 365
- Internal Sales experience in a technical environment
- The ability to multi-task and learn technical information
- Friendly and professional phone manner
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
