About the Role
As a Marketing Manager reporting to the General Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping and executing strategic marketing plans.
Be the driving force behind attracting potential customers and retaining existing ones, reflecting the quality and values that define our client.
Key Responsibilities
- Spearhead strategies to powerfully communicate our products and services, generating leads for the Project Sales Team.
- Craft a rich content/editorial calendar that magnetizes qualified customers to the company.
- Establish a closedloop analytics system with sales to refine processes and convert leads into loyal customers.
- Create compelling product content across various platforms to showcase the benefits to our customers.
- Grow leads through effective marketing channels, optimizing automation and nurturing processes.
- Plan and execute events, collaborating with industry experts and influencers to produce content that resonates with our audience.
- Maintain customer information integrity across Marketing Automation and CRM platforms.
Skills and Experience
- 35 years of previous experience in a similar hands on Marketing role
- Proven track record in devising and leading marketing campaigns that engage, educate, and motivate.
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools.
- Numerically literate with a keen eye for aesthetics and great copy.
- Degree in Marketing or related field.
- Strong CRM and Marketing Automation skills (ideally Zoho or Salesforce).
- Experience dealing with clients and internal stakeholders and utilizing external suppliers.
- Ability to coordinate promotions and events.
- Proficiency in WordPress website management.
